Hong Kong, 5th November 2026 - WIDTH, an AI-driven, all-in-one compliance and risk decision intelligence platform, has been Highly Commended in the Best Client Lifecycle Management Solution, Technology Provider category at the ninth annual Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence. The recognition was presented at The St. Regis Hong Kong.
The category recognises the solution that best manages client relationships after onboarding, through perpetual KYC, event-driven and periodic review and risk re-assessment, with ongoing due diligence orchestrated under AML/CFT obligations. Regulation Asia makes a Highly Commended recognition to an entry that met the category standard and was judged among the strongest in the field.
In its announcement, Regulation Asia described WIDTH as an Asia-Pacific native platform that brings KYC and KYB, screening, and fiat and on-chain monitoring into one system of record. It also noted that WIDTH's name-matching engine scored an F1 of 0.938 on the OpenSanctions benchmark.
"Bringing fiat and on-chain monitoring into one client record is a hard problem for a young platform. WIDTH solved it, and its name matching tested extremely well on an open benchmark."
Bradley Maclean, Chair of the Awards Committee, Regulation Asia
One client record after onboarding
WIDTH keeps each client's onboarding evidence, screening results, monitoring alerts and review history in one record. Sanctions list updates, changes of directors or owners and transaction anomalies can trigger re-verification and risk re-assessment, alongside calendar-based periodic reviews. WIDTH keeps the verified identity record and re-collects only the details that have changed.
"Client lifecycle management is where onboarding decisions are tested over time. We built WIDTH so that every review, alert and re-assessment adds to one client record, across fiat and on-chain activity. We thank Regulation Asia and the judging panel for this recognition."
Chye Kit Chionh, Co-Founder & CEO, WIDTH
